This 1947 Chevrolet stepside pickup was disassembled and fitted with a replacement tailgate and right quarter panel to correct rust concerns before the body was repainted in yellow and reportedly fitted over a 1960 Chevrolet pickup frame. Equipment includes a wood-lined bed floor with polished metal runners along with a split windshield, a pop-up cowl vent, Thriftmaster badging, running boards, and chrome trim, side mirrors, and bumpers.
Steel 16″ wheels wear chrome hubcaps and are mounted with 225/60 Goodyear Eagle Sport tires with 2013 production date codes. Stopping power is provided by front disc brakes.
The replacement 350ci V8 crate engine was reportedly installed and is fitted with an MSD ignition system, “ram-horn” exhaust manifolds, and a bright-finished air cleaner cover and valve covers. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a three-speed automatic transmission.
